By accessing and using VendorFlow, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Our platform provides a nationwide suite of tools for Solar Vendors across India, including Lead Management, Billing, and Automated Documentation.
As a vendor, you are responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into the system. This includes consumer details, technical specifications, and GSTIN information. Documents generated by VendorFlow (Invoices, Annexures, Declarations) are based on the inputs provided by you, and you must verify them before official submission.
VendorFlow operates on a prepaid Token System. Tokens are used for high-value actions like generating PDF documents, running GST lookups, or using AI tools.
The software, design, and features of VendorFlow are the intellectual property of the platform owners. However, any consumer leads or project data you generate or upload remain your exclusive property. We do not claim ownership of your business data.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or third-party integrations (e.g., Payment Gateways, Maps API). We perform regular maintenance to ensure the best nationwide experience.
In no event shall VendorFlow be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for tokens in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State].
